Parents
We are so excited to have your camper join us this summer! Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our campers and guests. A summary of our safety policies is listed above. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any additional questions (director@poconoplateau.org). Please review and download the important information for parents and guardians below.
Parent Letters – provides all the necessary information you’ll need to prepare your camper to have a successful week of camp, this includes a packing list and Drop off and Pick up procedures.
- Overnight Camp Parent Letter
- Day Camp Parent Letter
Overnight Camp Parent-Camper Covenant – we are asking all overnight campers and their parent/guardian to sign the Parent Camper Covenant (excluding GRAM & Me campers). The covenant defines core behavioral expectations, so our camp families understand and share in the responsibility of community formation and engagement. Our hope is that parent/guardians speak in earnest with their children or youth about the importance of these expectations.
Authorized Medication Form – this is required for any camper, overnight or day, that is bringing medication to camp. Sign and bring to camp check in if your camper needs medication. This form requires a doctor’s signature. All medication must be given to the nurse in the original packaging.
Grace and peace,
Carmen O’Shea
