Carmen is a lifelong United Methodist who enjoys camping and outdoor activities with her family. Prior to joining Pocono Plateau, Carmen had a twenty year career in accounting and corporate finance, ending with her role as a finance executive for a global insurance company. Carmen is a certified candidate for elders orders in the United Methodist church and is working on her Masters of Divinity at Drew Theological School in NJ.

Danny joined our full-time staff after being a long-time Plateau camper and camp counselor. Danny holds a degree in Youth Ministry and Biblical Studies from Eastern University. Prior to Pocono Plateau, Danny worked as Assistant Site Manager at East Bay, a United Methodist Camp and Retreat Center in Illinois.

Grayson is excited to be part of the ministry team. He has spent most the past 30 years in Kansas where he held positions including college instructor, grant specialist, and museum director.
