ECO ETERNITY

ABOUT

Pocono Plateau’s EcoEternity Forest is an alternative green burial concept which provides a peaceful resting place for the cremated ashes of loved ones.

The ashes are placed in a biodegradable urn and buried at the roots of a selected memorial tree.  This process allows remaining nutrients to be absorbed by the tree roots creating in essence a living memorial.  The forest interment process preserves a natural setting and causes no lasting disturbance to the forest floor.

Interested parties visit the EcoEternity Forest by appointment and select a dedicated memorial tree for an individual, couple, or an entire family.  Based on the wishes of the family, graveside services are conducted in the forest at the time of interment.  A memorial plaque is attached to the tree.

The beauty of the EcoEternity Forest provides those who visit – the peace and comfort they seek.  The EcoEternity Forest is open to all persons, regardless of belief, faith, or denomination.

Family members and friends are invited to visit their loved one’s memorial tree anytime. Guests can walk the trails and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
