Campers sleep in rustic cabins, cook lunch and try their hand at using dutch ovens over an open fire, make ice cream from scratch, Orienteer hike with compass and GPS, test their skill at archery & sling shot, play awesome group games, climb the tower, zip on the zip line, and sleep-out overnight on Outpost.  Of course, daily swimming, boating and kayaking on the lake are camper favorites!

If you have difficult questions about faith, or struggle to make sense of God and the Bible, Jr. High Camp is the place to be. Our week will equip you to think through tough topics about God and help you to understand Christianity better than you ever have before. In addition to our annual night game, you will have the chance to compete for the Plateau Cup during our Olympic games. You will also participate in activities including rock climbing, zip lining on our 500-foot zip line, blueberry picking, archery, slingshots, and kayaking. Once the sun sets, we will reflect about the day while enjoying campfire snacks under a starlit sky. This is a week you won't want to miss, and one you will never forget.

This is a different kind of Trailblazer camp for middle school youth who want to blaze new “trails” of adventure. The new “trails” will be above ground and in the trees as you experience the climbing tower and zip line. The new “trails” will also be on the ground living in rustic cabins, stories around the campfire, and the challenge of some awesome night games. Come and join the adventure! Horse trails, hiking trails, and hay wagon trails are all part of this unique "western" experience. As a Trailblazer, you will experience a day of horseback riding (off-site), a "chuckwagon" dinner, enjoy a hayride in the woods, and participate in a Plateau-style rodeo, as well as traditional camp activities (archery, sling shot, pedal carts, swimming).  Weather permitting, campers will have the option of an overnight sleep-out under the stars.
