Schedule a Retreat

  1. Consult with your group and its leaders to determine possible retreat dates.
  2. Call Pocono Plateau to determine if the date you prefer is available. When calling, please have the following information ready:
    1. Name of the group
    2. Size of the group
    3. Type of group: adults, youth, families, etc.
    4. Desired retreat site (Main Site or Adventure Site)
    5. Desired retreat dates (we cannot book a weekend or event more than one year in advance, as we give current groups the first option of re-booking the same weekend the following year).
  3. Once a date is agreed upon, Pocono Plateau will tentatively put you on the schedule and send you a retreat contract. This must be completely filled out and returned by the date stated on the contract. You must include the appropriate non-refundable deposit in order to hold the date. A reservation will not be held more than 3 weeks without a signed contract and deposit.
  4. A confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of the contract and deposit. As per your contract, you will need to keep in contact with the Plateau if there are any changes.
  5. One week before your arrival date, please call Pocono Plateau with the exact number of people who will be attending and any special needs you may have.

*Pocono Plateau reserves the right to assign specific lodging and meeting facilities to Main Site groups and to make adjustments to best meet the needs of all guest groups.
