Year-Round Staff - Ron Schane
Ron is responsible for directing the vision of Pocono Plateau's ministry. He was hired as the Plateau's Director in January 2002. He works in the areas of program, personnel, budget, fund-raising, personal relations, spiritual leadership, and many more. Ron has a B.S. in Recreation and Parks from Penn State and an M.A. in Religion and Christian Education from Eastern Theological Seminary. Ron is an ordained Deacon in the United Methodist Church. Previously Ron was the Associate and Youth Pastor at Olivet United Methodist Church in Coatesville for 19 years.
