Pocono Plateau has various recreational activities including a large grass field and lake:

     •  basketball     •  softball       •  soccer     •  volleyball     •  tetherball   

     •  boating         •  canoeing    •  fishing     •   interpretive nature walk*

     •  campfires     •  hayrides     •  Game Room (ping pong, foosball, air hockey)

Bring your own equipment for softball, frisbee, fishing and sledding.

Winter months (weather permitting): sledding, ice skating, "broomball".

Hiking Trails

The Plateau 's 750 acres contain five hiking trails.  HIking options range from a 20 minute walk on the Lake Trail around Lake Pocono Plateau to a one and a half hour "hike" on the Blue Bird Trail.

* Morrison Nature Walk, an interpretive trail with a guide booket which emphasizes the beauty of the northern hardwood forest which includes 26 stops at posted trail markers. The Morrison Nature Walk is one mile in length.
