Food Service

 

   All meals are prepared at the main kitchen in the Springer Center         which includes a dining room, camp store, restrooms and wrap             around porch with a fireplace.

   Bagged breakfasts, lunches,and dinners are also available, contact     the office for more information.  

   We can accommodate special diets (vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose    intolerance) only if arranged in advance.

 

The dining room capacity is 200 guests.  Meals are served buffet style prepared by the head cook.  For snack options and meal charges, see Rates & Pricing.

Typical foods may include:

  • Breakfast: scramble eggs, pancakes, or waffles, bacon or sausage, hash browns, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, fruit
  • Lunch: hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, grilled cheese or steak sandwiches, soup, fries, salad, fruit and dessert
  • Dinner: chicken, ham, roast beef, or spaghetti & meatballs, potatoes, vegetable, rice, salad and dessert

The wrap around porch provides a tranquil place to sit and embrace God's Creation.
